How the day goes

We arrive at the time we agreed to. You walk us through the space and point out anything you want kept. From there, our crew handles everything — the lifting, the sorting, the loading, and a broom sweep at the end. Most single and double garages are fully cleared in half a day or less.

What it costs

Most Calgary garage cleanouts run between $300 and $1,000, depending on how full the space is and what needs disposing of. Weight-heavy items (concrete, shingles, dirt) can push the cost higher; small jobs cost less. We quote flat rates — the price we quote is the price you pay.
