How it works

Storage locker cleanouts are one of our fastest jobs. Units are compact, access is drive-up or dolly-friendly, and there's no house to navigate. Most lockers are cleared in one to two hours.

You don't need to be there for the whole visit. Many customers meet us at the unit for fifteen minutes at the start, point out what they want brought back to their home, and leave. We handle the rest.

Three ways we can help

• Full cleanout. Everything goes — donation-worthy items sorted, the rest disposed of. You hand back the keys.
• Keep-pile cleanout. You point out what's coming home; we deliver it. Everything else goes.
• Downsize. If some contents earn their keep, clearing half the unit lets you move to a smaller, cheaper one.

Pricing

Most storage locker cleanouts run $300–$700 depending on unit size and volume. Small 5x5 units are on the lower end; 10x20 units packed floor to ceiling are on the higher end. Flat rate quoted before we start.

Tip: check your billing date

Most facilities require notice before the end of the month. Time your cleanout for the week before your billing date and you'll exit clean without an extra month's rent.
